The Wrightspeed Route is a retrofit powertrain for medium duty fleet trucks that maximizes efficiency without compromising performance.

The Route is a lightweight system.
Competing hybrid systems can add as much as 3,000 lbs to empty vehicle weight.
Replacing the heavy engines, transmissions, and differentials of your fleet with the Wrightspeed Route does NOT compromise payload.
Because the Wrightspeed Route charges its own batteries in the field, the battery system is smaller and lighter than in electric-only systems.

The Route provides impressive improvements in fuel economy: depending on drive cycles, fuel use can drop to 50% or less.
The Wrightspeed Route allows a significant part of daily mileage to be driven on inexpensive grid energy while continuing to meet the power expectations of drivers.

Wrightspeed Route regular maintenance consists only of air filter and fuel filter changes.
